Have you ever wondered why it is some diets work great for some but not for others?
Well, wonder no longer because you will leave this workshop knowing specifically what foods you should consume and which you should avoid based on your blood type. Dr. Hatch will also demonstrate how to make the perfect smoothie in his vitamix based on your blood type which will be sampled. Dr. Hatch personally has made modifications to his diet based on his blood type and without trying lost 20 lbs. in 4 weeks! Other patients have lost even more with no gimmicks! Not everyone should follow the same diet, and blood type and your race determines tolerance to what you should and should not eat. Based on this, there are 16 groups of food that are highly beneficial, neutral or should be avoided. Come and learn what those are and the science behind it.

According to the blood-type diet, there are 4 blood types:
- Type O – the oldest blood type
- Type A – agrarian
- Type B – nomadic
- Type AB – modern
If you do not know your blood type and plan to attend we recommend you first find out what your blood type is. Your type should be on your drivers license. Otherwise, contact your primary care physician and ask them.
