Dr. Kohl was a Division 1 NCAA softball player at the University of Northern Iowa while she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology/Pre-Medical emphasis in addition to a minor in Mental Health. After undergrad, she earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic with cum laude honors from Logan University in her hometown of St. Louis, MO. Throughout her time at Logan, she was also an academic peer tutor for 3 years.
Dr. Kohl spent time over the last year working in Denver with two expert doctors focusing on rehabilitation, soft tissue care, and dynamic neuromuscular stabilization training. She has had additional experience and training alongside healthcare providers such as orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, athletic trainers and strength/conditioning coaches.
Dr. Kohl has a passion for soft tissue care as well as movement based rehabilitation to keep people moving their best in their everyday lives. As an athlete, she herself has experienced and overcome many injuries that she treats on a day to day basis. She believes strongly in patient centered, evidence based care.
